Shipping policy

Processing Time: All rollers are 3D-printed to order. Please allow 1–3 business days for your part to be printed and packed before it is shipped.

Shipping Rates: We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $5.00 for all domestic orders.

Estimated Delivery: Once shipped, packages typically arrive within 3–5 business days via USPS Ground Advantage. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your label is created.

Lost or Damaged Packages: If your tracking says "Delivered" but you haven't received it, or if it arrives crushed, please contact us within 7 days so we can help you file a claim or send a replacement.
