We want your HTVRONT dispenser back in action! If your replacement roller arrives damaged or doesn't fit your HTVRONT Multi-Roll Heat Tape Dispenser, we will send you a new one at no extra cost—no return shipping required.

How to Request a Replacement:

1.Take a clear photo of the issue (the damage or the fitment problem).

2.Email us at nandogperez@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.

3.We will ship out a replacement within 2 business days.

Exchanges & Returns:

Because these parts are 3D-printed to order and the cost of shipping often exceeds the value of the part, we do not offer traditional returns for "change of mind."
